The lead plumber Elizabeth (LIZZIE) and her trainee Skyler worked very hard and did a great job. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of her craft! Answered any and all questions, left the job site cleaner than it was before she installed our new water heater, and was a joy to have in our home. All contact with the office was friendly and helpful.I'll use them again!! Dan IF THEY HAD 6 STARS I WOULD HAVE CHECKED IT.

We had a wonderful experience with Skyler & Ben. They replaced our water line& sewer drain/ line. They are fantastic workers, great manners & work ethic & caring. Thanks & 5star+++++. I would trust them with any further plumbing needs. Reasonable pricing too!!!!! Great job Guys!!!

*Updated again* Beware! ***These people may damage your property then try to hide it. They will ask for surveillance footage to prove that their workers did anything wrong.*** $2300 to put in a 40 gal storage water heater. They quoted $1900-$2300 and left me a few gifts in my garage and driveway. The owner was not interested in lowering the price which is above and beyond other alternatives. He simply offered to come and clean up the mess that I already cleaned up. Aside from that panic attack no obvious issues. Update: After noticing that one of my glass chemical bottles was broken during the job and large pieces thrown away leaving behind some smaller pieces of glass I called to complain some more that my bottle was destroyed and no one bothered to tell me. I demanded that they come immediately to clean up the broken glass and screws and they refuse to do so. They also refuse to partially refund my quote to the lower end of the quote. Update #2: The owner who originally offered to come to clean up the broken glass and screws never showed up. He was happy to offer to clean it up but won't schedule a time and over a month has gone by! Update #3: Still no sign of anyone to clean up the glass and screws.

Don't hire just off the website pricing. I saw 'BOOK NOW' with services costing 19.99- I as a new homeowner didn't know that was too good to be true. The tech was great and fast but it was $195! Color me mistaken.

I always wait a while before writing reviews because you never know if the first impression is the correct one. We've had Hoffman Plumbing out 3 separate times (Ray, Justin, and Ben) and each interaction has been exceptional. It's easy to schedule, they arrive when they say they will, they clearly explain how they will go about the work they are doing, their workmanship is top notch, they do it efficiently and their cost is reasonable. I especially like the fact that they email you before and after pictures of work they complete (especially if it's under the house where I don't plan on crawling myself). They might not always do that - but they will if you ask. They are also very friendly and easy to talk to. I feel comfortable recommending Hoffman Plumbing to anyone and they'll always be the first folks we call if we have plumbing repair or maintenance needs in the future.

Hoffman is by far the best plumbing company in the Lake Tahoe area. We had an emergency water shut off due to a broken sprinkler line and needed support urgently. After calling several other plumbers around the lake over a few days and being told it would be 10+ days for service or getting no response at all, Hoffman got us taken care of the same day we called. We didn't even ask for same-day service, they just understood we were in a bind and made it happen. Their office team and technicians are all kind and professional, seamless experience start to finish. They are our new go-to!

Hoffman and Robby specifically, go above and beyond each time with their customer service. We have had a few technicians now come and maintenance our water heater or repair (and track down) parts for it, even when it’s out of warranty. They are always kind and efficient. You can tell they take their jobs and service seriously. Always a 10/10 with them.

This was my first time using Hoffman Plumbing and they were great to work with! They were quick to respond when setting up an appointment and kept in touch as the appointment neared. Ray and Jesse were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They explained everything they were doing and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Great service!
